A number of royal orders issued

A number of royal orders were issued here this evening as follows:
A Royal Order by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud announced this evening that, based on a proposal issued by late Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, dated

4/7/1433 H. to amend the organizational structure of the ministry of interior to guarantee that security affairs sector, which deals with the security of the State, be functioning into a new department, and as it

deemed necessary now to take the step, and due to the importance of improving the performance of security sectors of the Kingdom to match with the latest modern administrative systems to reflect the most

highest preparedness levels to cope with the new developments and confront all security challenges with the most needed flexibility, preparedness and ability to show swift movement to face any emergency,

and upon a recommendation of the Minister of Interior, a new authority to be called "the Presidency of State Security" will be established, to deal with whatever concerns the Security of the State, with its head to

be reporting to the Prime Minister.

The following departments, currently part of the Ministry of Interior, will be annexed to the new Presidency of State Security: Investigations, special security forces, special emergency forces, security aviation,

technical affairs, national information center, and other departments in charge of combating terrorism, its finance and financial investigation. Whatever concerns security of the State, including civil and military

personnel, budgets, documents, and information will also be transferred to the new authority. The necessary review of laws, regulations and cooperation should be followed. The royal order will be carried out

with immediate effect by the concerned authorities.

The Minister of Interior will be a member of the Council for Political and Security Affairs. The order will be carried out with immediate effect by the concerned authorities.

After having reviewed all the previous regulations and systems related to the project of Al-Dareya Gate Renovation Commission, a Royal Order, today approved the establishment of Al-Dareya Gate

Renovation Commission. The board of directors of the commission will be chaired by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, who is also Chairman of the Council for

Economic and Development Affairs with Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al Miqren, Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khateeb, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Sammari and Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan

as members.

In view of the importance of developing Al-Ola province to match with its historical value in a way that achieves the economic and cultural interest as well as the objectives of the Kingdom vision 2030 which

aims, among others, to highlight the Kingdom's human legacy, a Royal Order today established a Royal Commission for Al-Ola province. The Prime Minister is the one to appoint Al-Ola province

Commission's chairman and members of the board of directors of the new authority. The necessary legal procedure will be conducted by the Experts Commission, an affiliate of the Cabinet, within no more

than three months. The first board of directors will be chaired by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, with Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Farhan Al

Saud as governor of the commission, Saud bin Abdullah Al-Gahtani, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Tunisi, Dr. Saad bin Abdullah

Al-Siwayan and Dr. Eid bin Hamad Al-Yahya as members.

In view of the historical engagement of falcons with the country's heritage and culture, the importance of eagles care, including forming an entity that gathers them, a Royal Order, today ordered the

establishment of a Falcons Club. The General Supervisor of the club as well as the chairman and members of its board of directors will be appointed by the Prime Minister. The Experts Commission, an affiate

of the Cabinet, will conduct authoring the relevant regulations for the new entity in no more than three months. The current board of directors of the club will supervised by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince,

Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, who is also Chairman of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs with Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as chairman, Badr bin

Mohammed Al-Asaker, Naif bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi, Badr bin Ali Kihail, Mishaal bin Abdulrahman Al-Ghunaim, Nasser bin Rashed Al-Nasser, Saad bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, Hamid bin Mohammed

Fayez, as well as representatives of each of the ministries of interior, environment, water and agriculture, sports general authority as members.

Badr bin Ali bin Naif bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi, Zain bin Omair bin Zain bin Omair, Fahd bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Miqbel, Fawaz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Mehreq, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Turki

, Fawaz bin Hamad Al-Madhi, as well as representatives of each of the ministries of interior, environment, water and agriculture, sports general authority as members.

A royal order this evening terminated the service of General Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Huwairini Al-Askari. The order should be carried out by His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior with immediate

effect.

A royal order this evening appointed Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Huwairini, as Chief of the State Security in the rank of minister. Al-Huwairini will keep his portfolio as Director General for General

Investigations. The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening appointed Abdullah bin Abdulkareem bin Abdulaziz Al-Isa, as Assistant Chief of the State Security in the rank of minister. The order should be carried out by the concerned

authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening assigned the Chief of the State Security as member of the Council for Political and Security Affairs. The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening appointed Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Guwaiz as Head of the Board of Directors of the Stock Market commission in the rank of minister. The order should be carried out

by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening appointed Badr bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Asaker as Director of the Private Office of the Crown Prince in charge of His Royal Highness's private affairs in the rank of minister.

The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening relieved Sulaiman bin Naif bin Atallah Al-Katheeri of his post as Chief of the Private Affairs of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. Thamer bin Nabil bin Abdul-Elah Naseef, is

appointed as Chief of the Private Affairs of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince in the Excellent rank. The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening relieved Lieutenant General Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Ohali of his post as Chief of the Royal Guard. Lieutenant General Staff Suhail bin Saqr Al-Mitairi is promoted to General Staff

and is appointed as Chief of Royal Guard. The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.

A royal order this evening promoted Lieutenant General Khalid bin Garar Al-Harbi, the Commander of the Special Emergency Forces, to the rank of General and Major General Staff Mifleh bin Saleem Al-

Otaibi, the commander of the Special Security Forces, to the rank of Lieutenant General Staff. The order should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.
