Crown Prince Patronizes National Forum for Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children via Internet

Riyadh, SPA:
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, patronized here yesterday National Forum for Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children via Internet which is organized by the Public Security in collaboration with a number of government institutions as well as with international, regional and local participations.
Upon arrival, the Crown Prince was received by a number of officials.
Then, the Saudi national anthem was played. The Crown Prince toured the forum's exhibition.
A speech ceremony was held on this occasion.
Verses of the Holy Quran were recited.

Then, Director General of the Public Security Major General Othman bin Nasser Al-Muharrij delivered a speech in which he highlighted the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts in serving peace through spreading justice and brotherhood among the people and combating injustice and corruption.
He added that a number of local, regional and international specialized institutions participated in this forum, including International Police "Interpol" and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Organized Crime.
Then, Dr. Hatim Ali, the UN ambassador and Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Organized Crime to the GCC states, delivered a speech in which he highly appreciated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts in the fields of security and protecting a human as well as its strong partnership with the United Nations.

Then, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, delivered a speech in which he welcomed the participants in this important forum.
"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosting this event clearly reflects the Kingdom's, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, keenness and taking care of human rights in general and the rights of children, in particular, based on teachings of our Islamic religion which prohibits aggression on the human," the Crown Prince said.
The Crown Prince stressed that there should be awareness campaigns supporting the international agreements and treaties that criminalize acts of trafficking and exploitation of children's innocence in order to achieve protection of coming generations.
"We look forward that this event is to achieve its supreme aim and contribute to strengthening of the international efforts to confront the phenomenon of exploiting the innocence of the children," he concluded.

Then, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, received a memorial gift on this occasion.
Then, the Crown Prince left the headquarters of the ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by a number of princes, ministers and senior civil and military officials.
