Commander of Air Forces General Staff Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ayesh was retired on pension and Major General Fayyadh bin Hamid bin Ragad Al-Ruwaili was promoted to General and appointed as Commander of Air Forces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a royal order said yesterday.
