Saudi e-Government Portal “Saudi” shall be the favorite channel through which users can utilize all e-Services, information and directories offered by the Various Government Agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mission
“Saudi” has sought to unify all e-Services and Information offered by the Various Government Agencies under one umbrella after adopting the relevant general standards applied worldwide.
Strategic objectives
- “Saudi” will be the unified channel for utilizing all Government e-Services in the Kingdom.

Objectives
- Compiling all e-Services offered by the Various Government Agencies to be constantly utilized over 24 hours all days a week from anywhere without ignoring privacy and security principles.
- Varying the Portal’s content and presenting a wide-range of media stuff to monitor all updates in the e-Government transformation journey.
- Increasing constant communication with Government Agencies to add all updates relating to e-Services.

- The Portal has diligently sought to illustrate all e-Services on a 24 hours all days a week basis.
- The Portal has applied world-class latest technologies in the field of illustrating e-Services. It also depends on security standards that are adopted worldwide to ensure protection of users’ data.
- The portal is compatible with latest browsing programs such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and others.
- Urging users to submit fruitful suggestions, The Portal has interacted with users through an email address relating to Portal’s content Team.
e-Services standards
The e-Service Can be defined On "Saudi" as follows:
"It is an interactive, or operational or integrated service provided by a governmental agency to the individuals beneficiaries, whether they are citizens or residents or visitors, in addition to the business sector and the other governmental agencies, such a service, is offered by a service provider via the website, while "Saudi" allowing information about the service and providing a direct link to get it".
Standards for the comments and e-participation
All comments in e-participation channels or Social network are thoroughly deliberated and reviewed to make sure that commentators have committed to the standards and regulations relating to publishing comments. The Portal Administration has the full power to exclude any comments deemed as inappropriate. Such standards include the following:
- Commentators should stick to general ethics and avoid mentioning any inappropriate phrases or impolite words.
- The comments should be relevantly focused on the issues put for discussion.
- Avoiding any personal criticism which is not envisioned to enrich the issues deliberated.
- Avoiding any fanatical instincts.
