The Saudi eGovernment Portal is the central Saudi Arabian government portal through which not only citizens, residents, businesses and visitors but also other government organizations and businesses can access eGovernment services (eServices) online. This approach has been chosen as the best way to enable government services in an efficient manner. It also makes eServices accessible anytime from anywhere throughout the Internet. Broad eService accessibility is achieved by providing eServices via the portal either by integrating with other government agencies or through links to their websites.
In addition to the above, the portal;

To expand scope of its users, all content published on Saudi portal has been translated into English so that non-Arab users who do not know Arabic can utilize all content and services published on the Portal.

The Portal’s Service Level Agreement “SLA”
This Service Level Agreement indicates the Terms and Conditions with which the National e-Government Portal “Saudi” will comply in offering its services to the Portal’s users. Such Terms and Conditions are envisioned to formulate a general framework through which services can be offered with high quality. The agreement terms come as follows:

This Agreement has been made between the “Saudi” Portal and its users including Citizens and residents, business sector and visitors to Saudi Arabia.

The Portal’s Administration has committed to work hard for solving problems arisen by its visitors regarding registration and accessibility to all content published.

The Portal’s Administration sticks to review the content regularly in addition to availing updated content both in Arabic and English whenever available.

The Administration is committed to respond to all inquiries and utilizing fruitful suggestions posted by the Portal’s users.

The Portal’s Administration is keen on availing all new events and updates in all its sections in addition to announcing such updates.

The Administration is committed to avail all previous services in all times except vacations and maintenance times.
Portal’s Users Commitments:

Accessing this portal is considered an agreement and approval of all terms and conditions relating to using the Portal with no need to announce any relevant updates on such terms.
